For example, it’s possible to have your Instagram posts instantly post to your WordPress site without using any of the tools that Instagram or Wordpress may provide.

Zapier is a collection of tools that make it simple to copy data from one platform to another. For example, you could have a search of Twitter looking for your name, and then have those results sent to a Google document or spreadsheet. You could send those mentions to an email address, or post them to your blog if you wanted to.
You can also have a Zap set up to take your Instagram posts and copy them directly to your WordPress blog under the category you choose. You decide if you are going to allow comments on the post, who wrote it, everything.
In this training I'm going to show you how to set up an Instagram to WordPress Zap for your web site. How you use it would be up to you!

Twitter graphics sized vary depending on how you are going to use them. When working on graphics for your Twitter account, here are some things you should keep in mind.
The header photo is what people will see when they visit your Twitter profile page. This is your chance to impress visitors with everything about you all at once. The entire header will be visible to people, so make it count!
Consider placing the following on there
By putting this information on your header, you give people an idea of who you are, and what you are trying to accomplish with your Twitter account. Having a blank header doesn't tell them anything about you and doesn't give them much of a reason to follow you.
